Hong Kong 2030 : Planning Vision and Strategy

THE SEMINAR:

Hong Kong needs up-to-date planning framework such as land use, transport features and environment to guide development and to ensure the efficient use of resources for the next 20 years. The study "Hong Kong 2030: Planning Vision and Strategy ("HK2030") will update and extend the Territorial Development Strategy (which was last approved by the Executive Council in 1998), and will become the best possible roadmap for insuring the future lifestyle of Hong Kong citizens.

To update our members on the development of the planning strategy and to make available a chance to our members to air out their views, we have the pleasure to have Mr. Augustine NG to conduct a Seminar on the topic. Members and non-members are cordially invited to attend. The details of the Seminar are as follows:

ABOUT THE SPEAKER

Mr Augustin NG is the Assistant Director of Planning of the Territorial and Sub-regional Planning Division of the Territorial and Sub-regional Planning Branch of the Planning Department. He is currently in charge of this study.
